Great Movie

I loved this movie, the scenery was breathtaking. I cried when the Mom died because I know we will give up our life for our children. The little boy was adorable and so beautiful and his acting was incredible. I do not know much about Nicole Kidman but I thought she was very good and believable. The movie was long but well worth it.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Mediocre Movie

I was surprised at the profanity used in the movie. I mistakenly took my son and I wanted to put my hands over his ears during the whole movie and cover his eyes during the sex scenes. I thought the movie was interesting but not enough substance. Beyonce sung her heart out on "At Last" by Etta James. I felt like she embodied Etta. Great performance. I could have waited for it to come to DVD.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
