Fun, but a bit sleepy.

My 3 year old daughter dragged my wife out of the theater about half way through. The jokes and action were too far apart, and the story line could have been better developed to provide more humor. Many funny concepts were danced around, and never tapped. The animation was okay, I wasn't blown away by comparison to most modern CG animation. It certainly had it's good moments, but it was no "Incredibles" or "Monsters Inc." Those probably still rank highest for me in terms of story, humor, animation, and overall execution. Peace.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
