Quite engaging. I felt the confusion and the frustration of the characters, andwas truly invested in the outcome.

FANTASY IMERSION

Inkheart was a wonderful way to get out of myself and into the fantasy world for a couple of hours. Lots of action, with several tender moments. Exciting climax, and heartwarming conclusion. Highly recommended.

Seven Pounds???

Although I enjoyed the movie a lot, I had to ask an usher as I was leaving what the title had to do with the story...I got it that there were 7 recipients, but still couldn't connect the seven pounds.
The usher gave a plausible explanation, but I still left the theatre thinking, "Seven pounds of WHAT?"

A chance to go back in time and remember how difficult the blues musicians had it...I guess that' why they call it the blues.
Very good depiction of the era. The audience was really taken in to the movie. Applause at the end of the movie--a rare occurance.
Highly recommended.
