i have read all of the twilight books numerous times and i was thrilled when i got tickets to see an early viewing of the movie. I must admit though that i was not expecting much after seeing the corny effects and cheesy acting in the previews. I ended up enjoying it completley though. There were several cheesy parts, but not as many as i expected. Edward was cast perfectly as was bella. They added in more humor than expected also. The only thing i had a real problem with was the terribel special effects and the way they cut out Bella and Edward truely connecting. They meet, he hates her, then BAM their in love. very quick and unrealistic. but if you have read the books and understand their story you will enjoy the movie =]
Yes, I recommend this movie.
