Went with the kids and even they were not extremely impressed. It is a half decent quick movie. The book is much much better, if you read the book, the movie does not match up. Save for a family movie night with home made popcorn and keep the $100.00.

This is not just an action movie, there is a sense of humor and a twist of emotions. The "Big Bad Guys" have feelings, not just muscles.
It is not a love story by any means, leave your thinking cap at home - you won't need it. But you will enjoy the cast and characters of the Expendables.

This movie was good all around. It had action and story line easy enough for my 10year to follow and was not so long I wished I never came, Good special effects, interesting charactors and Hugh Jackman! Ladies go with your hubbies just for that!!
