Denzel is the movie. Although some of the other characters were interesting I felt their roles were contrite and forced. Some of the parts of the post-apocolypse could have been expanded on - shaking hands, glasses...
My son and husband came out wanting more, and I think by that they wanted a few more action scenes along the road at the end.

This was the first 3D movie I had seen in a long time. I thought the effect was very good but not great. I like the story and found the concept of the Avatar people to be unique.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
