I am a 42 yr old mom...and I also am a huge fan of the books! Saw the midnight premiere last night and was not disapointed. I thought the characters were well represented except for Jasper...what a horrible haircut and he was just too weird!! I really did not like Jacob's hair - looked too fake (loved Jacob in the books!) Edward and Bella were great! James - OMG - WOW!He's very hot!! I agree with most reviewers... reading the book is a MUST before you see the movie. And also reading that draft on Stephenie Meyer's website (Midnight Sun) Edward's point of view made me appreciate Edward that much more in the movie. Looking fwrd to the New Moon movie!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
