I have to admit I'm not one for horror flicks. My wife's birthday wish and my curiosity about what happened to Daniel Radcliffe Post HP got the best of me.
It was well done, and so I disliked it. I want an uplifting story, with redeeming features in the end. It is really a kind of pornography of fear- basically bad for you.
I'd rather have a ghost story like the Ghost Whisperer series- where people begin in fear of each other and end with love and understanding. Not like this movie where efforts to reach out and bring peace are punished.
I wonder if that's what the afterlife is actually like?
Yes, I recommend this movie.
