Not worth the hype

I love the Twilight series and thought the movie had a lot of potential to be great! However, there are a lot of things you won't understand unless you've read the book. Also, they focused too much time on insignificant parts of the book and not enough on the big parts. The first half of the movie was MUCH better than the second half, which was terribly corny. Half of the movie theater literally laughed out loud at a few parts because the lines were so ridiculous.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
