First, I must say the books are wonderful and my expectations were very high. The actors picked to portray the characters in appearnace and most performances were dead on...but the lack of money in the budge was evident. If you hadn't read the books you would be lost for the very important details of the workings of the Cullen coven was missing...and critical. I hope that if a sequel is in the future that the more money they have at their finger tips will allow for a better script and director. Did the director read the books? The author and actors were great...but the movie left tons to be desired. I blame the director for the lack luster review of this movie. It absolutely KILLS me to give this poor of a review!!!
No, I do not recommend this movie.
