I was very disappointed with this movie. I LOVED the books but thought the film was a total let-down. The acting was mediocre, the make-up awful and the special effects were way below par for what we should expect to see in 2008. I thought the chemistry between Bella and Edward was not good at all. I understand that they have to change and eliminate parts of the story to go from book to movie, but I found the whole thing disjointed and weird to watch.
I'd recommend it to a friend to watch on RedBox or once it's out on DVD. Not worth paying the theater price.
