Warning: This movie is what we affectionately refer to as an "indi film" also known as an "independent film". All of the usual characteristics of such a film are there.
I loved it, I love Stephenie Meyer, who has a cameo in the movie, and I thought it did a great job of getting all the proper plot elements, that was needed for the adaptation, while adding some snazzy effects to spice things up. The mood and tone of the film fit Stephenie Meyer's style, if you listen to her playlists on her website this is the style she was aiming at in the books and the movie incorporated that. Not to mention, my state rocks, and the cinematography was amazingly beautiful.
