I read the book that week, and me and my friends went see it midnight when it came out. I was soo disappointed! I hated how they changed up the story line. The one thing that was the same was the basic story of Savannah and John, the rest was made up?? I don't know what they were thinking! It was extremely depressing to me because I guess I was expecting too much? The actors and actresses did excellent, it was just horrible how they deviated from the book so much. What is the point of making a movie of a book and the story line is changed?
No, I do not recommend this movie.
