Good but lacking

After reading the Twilight series, I was really looking forward to the movie, but figured that it would in no way live up to the greatness of the book. This turned out to be the case. 2 hours was not enough time to fully develop the story and, if someone had not read the book prior to seeing the movie, they would probably not completely understand what was going on. A lot of scenes were changed from the book to the movie, which isn't a bad thing necessairly, just different. Being the oldest person in the theater last night that was not a parental chaperone (I'm 27), I'm anxious to see what younger folks thought of the movie. Overall, I feel that it is worth seeing, as long as you realize that it doesn't completely follow the book.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
