First off, I am not, nor will I ever be a fan of this series. I do appreciate that these books are getting young women to read, and that is a good thing, but please. The books are so badly written it is a farce and the acting was atrocious. I snickered all the way through. Best thing about this movie? Tyler Lautner's chest. Easiest thing to watch. The rest was just painful. Oh, and the CGI wasn't bad either.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

The best thing about this movie is the location shots. Beautiful scenery of the Pacific Northwest. The teenaged actors are fun and fun to watch, The actor that plays Edward looks like he's passing a kidney stone most of the time. Yes, he looks like he's in pain. Unless you are a huge fan, I'd wait for DVD.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
