The movie followed the books plot but it did not give the actual plot enough credit. The same goes for the development of Edward and Bella's relationship. There is no development in the movie.
The acting was iffy. Although, I believe everyone did their parts amazing except for Stewart and Patttison. But I'm not saying that they did poorly. Just that the movie ended up being a comedy to me. Edward's facial expressions were priceless!
So did I hate the movie? No. Do I think it represented the book fairly? No, it felt like a spoof. But did I like it? Yes I think so.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
