I thought they did a great job with this movie. At first I was disapointed that it would be broken up into two parts but after seeing how much more they followed the book in this movie I am glad, in fact it makes me wish 5 and 6 were broken up so they had more time to capture the important parts as well. Some might feel it is slow while they are wondering thru the wilderness but I disagree, I think it is supposed to be frustrating and full of emotion and waiting...just like in the book. Loved loved loved this. The only part I was not 100% satisfied was the ending scene, don't really have any ideas of a better ending scene but I just felt a little strange when the screen went black.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
