The movie was great. It was a taping of one of his live performances. The author told the story similar to his reading in the audiobook. Some of the sub-stories of the book were not told, but the overall spirit of the message was strongly conveyed. A small orchestra and a vocalist provided the musical expression of the story. It was a great movie for the whole family, especially all those "tweeners" who have to have a Wii or an iPhone or else they will hate you.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
