I was obsessing over this movie for months: I read the series three times, waited 11 hours on a mall floor for Rob for the Twilight Tour in Boston, and it was all I could talk about for months. But I left the theater feeling empty and thinking, "Really?! That's it?" It missed a few parts, the romance itself was rushed, but it followed the book relatively well. TWILIGHT IS NOT A COMEDY, so why am I, and everyone in the theater, laughing? The tone of the movie was empty and depressing--the lullaby they picked just makes me wonder if Edward wanted Bella to commit suicide rather than show his love for her. It was the way it was filmed, edited, and the music (the flashback scene was ridiculous and had the worst song over it) that made it bad.
