This is probably the best perception of a Harry Potter book that I've seen. And I've seen many seeing as I'm a devoted fan. I feel like it definitely takes a step away from what we're used to because it's such a different take on it. We are feeling every single thing that the characters are feeling because it's such a densely packed book. David Yates did a magnificent job in portraying this first part of the last installment of the series. I personally can't wait until July when I can watch the ending.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Honestly, I had very low expectations for the movie before teh release because I thought that they were going to completely change the movie from the book like it has happened with Harry Potter. To my surprise though, not as much was cut out. Yes certain scenes, but the dialogue was still in there somewhere.
Overall, it was one of the bst movies I've ever seen. I definately blew my mind away and deserves five thousand thumbs up! :D
