The book will be a timeless classic. This movie on the other hand does not compare to the original. The actors were good but not great. It is a bit melodramatic and while they try to portray the intense love the characters feel for one another it falls short.
Great flick for those who have not read the books. For all of us who hung on every word to Stephanie Meyer's epic novels it will be a waste of time and a disappointment.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
