I could not find one thing that was off about this movie. The casting for the characters was perfect. It was true to the book (which was important for me.) The soundtrack was phenomanal and dead on, especially during the opening sequence. The length didn't bother me at all, it did not feel like it was almost three hours. I can't complain! It was perfection.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

I am a 48 yr old mother of a 19 yr old daughter. We both read the books and thoroughly enjoyed them. We went to the midnight showing for her birthday. Our expectations were quite high so the movie was a bit of a disappointment however entertaining. I recommend reading the books first to get it. My other daughter didn't read the books and didn't get it. We did laugh alot and had fun overall.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
