This is a love story?

I loved Stephenie Meyers books, but I really felt that the movie fell flat. I didn't feel a connection or a sense of Edward and Bella falling in love. I think more narration from Bella might have been helpful. Less glowering from both characters would have helped as well. The movie was true to the book, but that's as much praise as I can muster. I plan to see it again and try to be open, but honestly - I'm not looking forward to it. Read the books - they are amazing, but don't feel TOO bad if you skip the movie.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
