Didn't do the book justice

This movie had so much potential, but the film lacked so much of the magic the book possessed. The CGI graphics were cheesy, make-up was overdone. Bottom line, the story just didn't flow. It was disappointing at the lack of emotion and character development. The chemistry between Bella (Kristen Stewart) and hottie Edward (Robert Pattinson) definitely had the awkward elements of a human girl/vampire boy love affair. You could feel the love! Catherine Hardwicke's angles and close-ups were uncomfortable and the spinning camera, dizzy.
Overall, it was a good film, but people who didn't read the book would be so confused. The movie in my head was better than the one on screen.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
