I won't forgive the opening scene.

Coming from someone who is a native of AZ, I was really annoyed with the opening scene. Bella's leaving her home and there are a large amount of sickly-stick-like-all-look-the-same Saguaro cacti in the background. Such fakery disgraces the majestic Saguaro. For me, that just gave the movie a bad taste in my mouth right from the beginning. That said, I thought the acting was great and it was pretty true to the spirit of the book.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
