As a fan of the book, I have never seen a more faithful screen adaptation. Loved the book, so I loved the movie.

Masterful subtleties in the acting of Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are an inside scoop for readers of the book. Non-readers might miss Edward's changing facial expressions in the cafeteria as he hears thoughts.
It's hard to make a movie based on a book because every reader has their own interpretation. In a movie, you are getting one interpretation--so if often fails. Here, the moviemakers met the challenge head on and succeeded. I can't wait for New Moon!
