I've seen better movies on Lifetime. Went in with high expectations and perhaps that's why this soap opera was such a let down. Felt no connection with any characters. Not even the big eyed little boy that at least did a fairly good job with his part as a vicitim of horrible abuses and extreme prejudice. Unfortunately I can't say the same for Kidman who was such a huge bore throughout this film. After 2 hours we just wanted it to end. This movie feels like 3 hours. Except for some beautiful scenic shots and Hugh's sex appeal, this isn't worth the $10 ticket price. Skip it.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
