Never as good as the book!

The movie was good but not great. The main characters were good but not great. The passion between them was weak and labored - not at all like the book. I was not impressed with Kristen Stewart. Robert Pattison was good but not yet great. The theater was filled with giddy high school girls who distracted from the movie by chatting and giggling at the forced scenes of romance. This is not the movie's fault but had the passion been more real - their reactions might have been different. Who knows? I'll let my wife and daughters go to the next in the series. I give it a C+. Our family liked Ashley Greene (Alice) as the best actress. We give her an A!
