I was only at this movie as an escort for my 14 yr old daughter. She loved it...more like loved Robert Pattinson. As well I was in a theater with 300+ girls with the same opinion.
Definitely NOT your Dad's vampire movie... no blood...no gore...no teeth...no crosses, garlic, or stakes through the heart...no coffins, no changing into a bat. The Sun makes them glow rather than kill them. Jeez! In this universe does silver kill werewolves? (Probably not)
I can see where the whole plot is headed...Underworld meets 90210.

What was a nickname for Batman ("The Dark Knight") takes on a whole different meaning in a sequel that tops its predecessor.
Heath Ledger makes you forget about Jack and Ceaser and Christian Bale IS Batman. The rest of the cast excels in keeping the rollercoaster moving briskly along.
2.5 Hours never went by so fast. I can't wait to see it in IMAX.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
