The best characters in the movie were the dragons. Didn't really understand why the Vikings had Scottish accents. Didn't really buy the father son issues or the son's adolescent troubles. Wish the story and dialogue was better. I enjoyed the scenes with the dragons and some of the 3-D effects.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
