It is so rare to see a PG-13 movie that actually sets out to teach a valuable moral lesson, and has you laughing all the way. Zac Efron has really come a long way as an actor, and was very believable. Some references to teenage promiscuity, including passing out condoms in health class, but short-lived.
It's truly difficult these days to find movies that appeal to everyone, but this one manages to hit the mark. Abigail Breslin is as good in this movie as she's ever been, and Jodie Foster shows she can be as believable as a victim of OCD as she is saving the world. ...and Gerard Butler...'nuf said!
