Alice in Wonderland did a great job at making social commentary as well as simply being fun to watch. It did seem, however, a little rushed. It would have been even more enjoyable had the movie been a little longer to develop the characters more.. Give you a better understanding of all that's taken place since the last time Alice was there and how these people are different since that time too.
Over all though, I loved it! There's no questioning Tim Burton's visual genius!!
