i'm a huge Twilight fan and had read a lot about the movie and how it was to be exactly like the book. well, in that respect it wasn't exactly. but it was good. they made the movie funnier than the book, which was nice, and there were some cheesy secondary characters, but the love story is still fantastic. the chemistry between the two leads is obvious. the special effects showing the vampire speed were a little comical to me, but they did a good job showing the point. this first viewing of the movie had me comparing to the book. now i need to go back and see it again and be completely open and focus on the amazing love story. overall i highly recommend seeing it if you've read the book. if not, it's a good date night movie - for tweens.
