Brilliant, well written comedy

A very funny, well written comedy that avoids the pitfalls of most comedies ("serious" scenes, cheap laughs, weak plots, etc). Steve Carell is at his comic best, and Paul Rudd holds his own at every turn. The supporting cast does well in supporting our stars with their own hilarious characterisation and banter, especially Zach Galifianakis, whose genius shines through even when he has nothing much to say.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
