Please read the book before you go see the movie. There were a few scenes added, that I feel didn't belong. They were unnecessary, should have put in the stuff they left out. The scene where Edward first walks in was amazing! Everyone sighed at that one. It did feel a little rushed to me, and you barely caught your breathe when they were at a totally different scene. Overall I did love it.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
