Wow, this was dark for Michael Bay!

I really enjoy a good scary movie and I liked this one because it was scary without going over the top. I really liked how they compiled all three originals into one. My favorite theatrical element was how late the intro and title came into the movie! It was so cool that 20 min. after the first characters die it pops up "Friday the 13th". That part was awesome. The only thing I don't like about this one or the other ones is the overdone sexual encounters. Really? Are people that desperate for a thrill?
Yes, I recommend this movie.

I enjoyed the movie, don't get me wrong. Obviously the books are incomparably better! I would suggest going into the movie thinking, "Ok, this is not Twilight, this is a movie based on the book". Edward and Bella were great and so were the rest of the Cullen Clan! I love them! However, Mike, Eric, Tyler, Jessica, etc. were the worst actors I have ever seen! They were truly terrible, if anyone made the movie cheesy, it was them! If you like the books then you should definitely see the movie regardless because your favorite characters become more tangible.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
