My 14 yr old granddaughter introduced me to the books. I'm 53 and we both really liked the movie and the special effects were also pretty good and the acting was good too. Usually i don't like the movie after I have read the book. Not this one it was just as good as the book. Great movie for the age of young teen and up. Pretty clean movie as far as language,violence and sex scenes.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
