Action packed with very little story. The motivation and driving force behind this movie is simply: beautiful women and large explosions. Commander Cobra's back story was better left untold. Duke needed to be played by someone who didn't remind of a WWE wrestler. The back story for snake eyes and his rival was dumb and confusing because it didn't really say a whole lot, it felt more like filler. The dialogue was cheesy, the back guys weren't all that scary. They were just odd. Very, very poorly made.
When I went to see Twilight I was expecting it to be ok, mediocre even. But Twilight passed all of my low expectations and preceded to shoot them through the roof. Was Twilight the movie as good as it's book counterpart? Of course not, but it held it's own as a movie. Very entertaining, funny even when it wasn't supposed to be, and all in all very well done. Twilight captured the relationship between Edward and Bella quite well, and all of the other Twilight characters fit their book counterparts well. As a die hard Twilight fan I can't wait for the next movie to come out.
