I saw Twilight with my daughter and her best friend. We had all read the book prior to seeing it. We ALL thought the movie was fantastic. The book is much more detailed, but we realize that if they put everything in the movie, it would end up 20 hours long!
I am disappointed with many of the reviews of movie goers who didn't like the show. I believe they went with preconceived ideas of what the characters should look like in their own imagination from reading the book. They needed to have an open mind, and then they would have enjoyed it! I thought the acting was excellent.
We can't wait for a second movie, and we definitely are recommending it to everyone---after they read the book!
