I've seen Twilight twice and I can't wait to get it on DVD. Sure, they missed some important parts from the book but this is a movie. You can't expect to fit all of the single things from the book in a 2hr movie.
So overall, I think that the movie itself was good. It was really funny and romantic. Plus, the actors are all good looking. No lie.
It really concentrated on the introduction to Edward and Bella falling in love.
I can't wait for the follow-up movie, "New Moon". More action, more good looking kids, more fun-filled lines, and more romance.
It's a good movie to watch with your friends&family.
The Baseball scene is the best part. Just saying.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
