READ THE BOOK FIRST

I was highly anticipating the movie Twilight. I've read all the books about 3 times each, and I am honestly just about obsessed.
The movie was okay. I was very disappointed though. I think they made certain scenes way too dramatic (like the meadow scene), and they skipped around too often and too fast. The transitions were too choppy, and the movie definately was not long enough to fit the book.
I think all of the characters did an excellent job. They all fit what I was expecting of them...Bella, Edward, Carlisle, Alice, and James are perfect. Jasper's a bit goofy, and Jacob is a big let down.

But overall, it was a good movie. You definitely have to read the book first to fully understand everything, but I would go see it again.
