I am really wondering if any of the other reviewers read the book. How could you read a book with so much passion and then be happy with this sad interpetation? The screenwriter did not take any time to build up to how the love between Edward and Bella developed. She see's him her first day of school, has a class with him and all of a sudden they are madly in love? If someone hadn't read the book they would be thinking "huh"? Kristen Stewart shows no emotion. She looks scared most of the time, not in love. We actually counted, and she smiles a total of 3 times in the entire movie. What about all the playfullness and teasing Edward and Bella share throughout the book.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
