This movie was disappointing and fell far short of it's built up expectations. There were important parts of the story that were left out, giving the movie a very choppy and disjointed feel. It was difficult to feel any attachment to the charteres and there wasn't a sense of the intimate closeness that is portrayed in the books. Poorly done and not worth the price of a night out at the movies.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
