I read the books and new the film would not live up to them, but this was just a mockery. there were times when it literally looked like they were trying to make fun of the books. I thought bella and edward were cast well but they were not able to do much with this script. If I had not read the books I would have absolutely no idea what was going on. There is zero relational development, and it was one of the more disappointing films of the year. They could have done so much with this, but they unfortunately didn't
No, I do not recommend this movie.
