I was prepared to be extremely disppointed that a lot of details and scenes would be missing. But, within the first ten minutes, I completely forgot about all of that. Twilight kept me cracking up continulously, whether it was intended or not. Rob's facial expressions killed me. It was just thee funniest thing. Mike Newton and Charlie were also suprisingly gut-busting, way better than in the book. I do have to admit though, the dialogue was HORRID. I couldn't even count how many awkward [but funny] silences there were. I think they could have developed Bella and Edward's relationship more thoroughly. You don't just have three conversations and then fall irrevocably in love with someone. But overall, the movie was awesome.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
