Disappointed. Every beautiful moment in book was overdone/hokey in movie.When Edward shimmers in the sunlight, don’t have it make a sound! Edward in the book is funny,dazzling.Their relationship is supposed to be endearing,intense, teasing,with an element of fear. Poor choice of director,editing was a rough draft,sound effects a joke. The line-delivery was even poor for the majority of the movie. Find a director who truly understands the story. Don't make scenes overly dramatic when they are supposed to be subtle. Forget special effects; they don't climb trees in the book so don't in the film.Basic changes should have been implemented if you want anyone to take your movie seriously. Stephenie Meyer creates a realistic world, movie doesn’t.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
