Lack of focused urgency

Though the movie was engaging, it did not take advantage of the urgency created by Sarah Connors in the first two movies. I remember much more urgency in her prior to Judgement Day than I was in this entire post-Judgement Day movie.
The movie was a little meandering at times, but I think anyone who saw the first two (the third doesn't deserve much mention) would be compelled to see this one and will most likely be satisfied.
But, it could've been sooo much better.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
