Movies never live up to books.

Being an avid 'twilight-er', there was no question that i was planning to see the movie. the acting and general direction of the movie was not so great. if you have read the books, you will agree when i say that edward and bella's relationship is very sensual. they have conversations about everything, and are very drawn to eachother. the movie could have better explained the relationship they share, rather than implying that bella and edward became completely obsessed with each other one stare. of course, they both had a mutual attraction, but it was one that took time like any relationship. in essence, i'm trying to say that their 'on screen relationship' moved very fast. in the book it took them forever to just kiss!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
