I absolutely loved Twilight, New Moon and Eclipse (not a fan of BD) and had high expectations of this movie. Sure, the movie was REALLY rushed, causing essential character development to kind of be missing (i.e. Edward's gentlemanly "old world" ways, getting to know Alice and the rest of the Cullens, etc). Still, what I ultimately wanted from this movie was to relive the story--- the passion, the angst, the build-up to the kiss, etc. And I got that from the movie. i got to relive Edward and Bella in two hours without re-reading 700 pages. I laughed, I cringed (special FX were bad!), I loved. And I'm happy with what I saw.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
