I love the twilight series, so I'm really dissapointed in the movie. You definitely have to read the book before you see the movie. They skipped a lot so it would be difficult for a first-timer to grasp anything more than the gist of the story.
I thought Edward, Alice, Charlie, and the school kids did a magnificent job. If you read the book, this movie will be great. Definitely see it.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
